Hired a van from here as I was moving house. Staff were very helpful and took the time to walk me through the vehicle. Chris gave me time to ask questions and gave good answers to those I asked. When I returned the van, it was a very easy process and Chris was very personable (asking how everything went etc) I'd thoroughly recommend using Enterprise as this is the 3rd good interaction I've had with them :)
Hi there, we rented a car last Saturday 27-September from York. The car happened to get flat tire the front passenger side on Sunday afternoon, 28-September. We have been waiting for assistance since then for the past 48 hours - but no one from Enterprise has ever been being helpful. God, please tell us what can we do?!
Good company, genuine, helpful honest staff, did their best for the customer, provided a modern vehicle, didn't leave you feeling they were trying to scam a damage deposit from you at the end. All went smoothly with the rental, would definitely recommend Enterprise and use them again in the future.
