Had my car recovered to here in the middle of the night after damage that made it undriveable, and didn't know of any other garages in Whitehaven. Was half expecting it to take weeks to repair or for the cost of repairs to be more than it was worth to do... and was proven soundly wrong. Less than two days later, and for less than what it cost me to get recovered, my car's back as it was if not better. Absolutely cannot fault Haig- the staff are lovely, their quality and speed of work are excellent and their prices are more than fair!
Took my car for an MOT. And all was good and service so friendly. Will go back again.
Zero stars if possible. Got the car home and a bit of noise/ bumping in the next day or two, I investigated and found the rear drivers side wheel had 4 wheel nuts and the locking wheel nut was missing entirely. All 4 nuts were loose and nearly coming off. I sorted it including buying a new nut. About a week later the exact same thing on the passenger side rear wheel, though there were 5 loose nuts this time. Absolute disgrace, unsafe and incompetent. Avoid at all costs. By the way the work on my rear suspension was shoddy and overpriced. Dangerous Amateurs.
