I was looking for a particular Hot Wheels car and not only did she offer some advice but also helped me look for them! Honestly couldn't do any more to help! An absolute credit to the company! O stars staff very unhelpful happy to sell items but when it comes to refunds they are useless. Managers very rude and useless aswell.
