I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share our recent experience with the furniture department. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa for our living room. We were so pleased with our purchase that we returned to buy from him again. Outstanding service and a great experience overall.
Department store located close to the centre of Whitehaven. Large selection of products ranging from cookware. cosmetics and clothes to to furniture and gifts. Helpful and friendly staff always available for advice. Top quality cafe offering a vast selection of delicious food to suit all tastes Unusual but interesting robot maid in cafe. Toilets in-store. Plenty of parking nearby.
I visited the shop today with the intention of treating my mam. We were having a lovely day until we encountered a rude member of staff on the till at the Phase Eight section of the store at around 2pm today. She snapped at us when we asked to use my mam’s Dixons card, and was unpleasant and unwelcoming as if she didn’t want to serve us. We almost left without buying anything due to the cold service we had received, definitely won’t be returning.
