I know that Dave, Tanya and the staff do not really need any further validation from me but I feel I need to, oh and it was a request by the infamous Ford Capri!! My neighbour recently reversed into the front of my Citroen C3 and the headlight assembly came away from its mountings. I contacted both Dave and Tanya and they very quickly booked me in for a not too far away date. I duly took said car to the Pelican Garage Ltd and left it to see what could be done. Unfortunately due to staffing problems my car could not be fully dealt with at that time and after discussion with Dave it was agreed I could pick the car up until the required part needed could be accessed. Went down at the agreed time where Dave was dealing with other customers as well as paperwork but said he would be with me when he could. Not too long after when Dave was free too deal with my car i.e. put the headlight assembly temporarily back together, he very quickly got me on my way after agreeing what would happen next. Dave's attention to detail, and the provision of continued excellent customer service even when under pressure after a long arduous day, is indeed a rare quality today. I say this because I have had many contrasting negative experiences with much, much bigger organisations some of which do not see customer service as an integral part of their business, which, I feel reflects today a real lack in the importance of top quality customer service provision in general. I strongly recommend the Pelican Garage to anyone who wants top quality service provision. The Ford Capri agrees too!! Just heard Dave and Tanya have retired and I was really sad that after all the years of doing business with them it has come to an end in such unfortunate circumstances ie Daves accident, and related health issues. I will miss them both it was always an absolute joy to deal with them as people who always made me feel welcome. I want to wish them both well, and hope that Dave has a speedy recovery, mainly because the Ford Capri is missing him!!! Best wishes from Harry

Bought a mirror for my vw golf from TMS and went to Pelican garage, where I saw the owner David. What a GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE fron David. He was kind enough to replace my mirror for me. I would have no hesitation to recommend David and Pelican garage to anyone. Thank you again David. I cannot THANK HIM ENOUGH
