Bit cold. I understand that it cant be hot incase people overheat when working out but the poor receptionist was clearly freezing in my opinion.
Personal preference but poor atmosphere and overall gym if you want to take your training seriously. A small selection of somewhat decent equipment in the gym (ie a few hammer strength machines). No calf machine or lying leg curl. Not a fan of the 20 day window to cancel your membership. Went for 2 week and decided to cancel, now need to go for another month to get my moneys worth. Signed up for a class one time but cancelled only way there because I wasn’t going to make it for traffic and was charged £3🤣 when I went to a proper gym in Workington (Empire Gym) I wasn’t charged. They are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Much better gyms, value for money wise at a similar or cheaper price with better opening times
Pro’s - Good range of equipment spread across two areas - Variety of classes Con’s - Poor opening times, closing at 5pm on a Saturday is not really acceptable. - Quite slow to repair damaged equipment - Facility overall is dated and needs a major renovation.
