Past this place a few times and wondered if it's just for members, so we decided to pop in to check it out. I'm glad we did. The restaurant is open to the public, and there is a large car park around the back with a few allocated disabled bays, although the markings on the ground have faded. The front entrance is automatically and wide enough for wheelchairs. The restaurant has a disabled WC, The staff seemed friendly and sat us down where we wanted and took our drinks & food orders promptly. The food came pipping hot, and it was delicious. There is a huge selection of foods and vegetarian options to choose from. Check their website for the latest menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby.
Went for Sunday dinner today. Amazing!! Absolutely the best one I've had in a while around here. My only criticism is the extra gravy is oily and watery. Other than that it was absolutely delicious and we will be returning
Went for Sunday lunch today. When our meals arrived they were cold. We complained and they were taken away to be reheated. The meals arrived back with several minutes in between the return of each one and we were half way through our lunch before one of our party eventually got hers back. The taste of the food was good but this was totally unacceptable. When we went to pay for the meal we asked for the manager and told her our concerns. We were told we were happy to have them reheated rather than a new plate of food, but we were never given this option. We received a 10% discount which again was unacceptable. It completely ruined what should have been a nice lunch time family meal. Due to this we will not be returning.
