I brought some items in my visit. Fabric has already bobbled after one wash, the coat broke after one wear. I was not given the option for a paper receipt & waited but did not receive my e-receipt. When I needed to return the coat the staff could not find my sale on the system despite me knowing the exact time and day of the sale. The staff in store were not really helpful with returning, just giving me a WhatsApp number to text. The company has no actual phone number to contact with issues. Eventually got through to the automated WhatsApp chat & was given my code immediately. (Still unsure as to why none of the staff could find this in store as I had the exact price, items, time and date. Even the till used). But safe to say I will absolutely not be returning to this branch after the way the staff spoke to me.
Situated in the High Street of Whitehaven this is one of the smaller branches of New Look. They do have a nice little selection of clothes, & small changing rooms. Every time I've been in to visit staff have been friendly & helpful. You can order & collect from here.
The ladies were very helpful and I got some good bargains. Not a bad range considering it is a small unit
