ordered suits(10) for my sons wedding months ago, suits arrived two weeks ago, folks tried on and there were alterations needed, the wedding is now 3 days away and we are still missing 7 shirts, 3 pairs of pants, ties and pocket squares, we were told to pick these items up on Saturday yet they hadn't arrived, so were told they would be here today ,so had taken time off work to make it to the shop however no items were there, we were told it will be "okay don't worry", yet I don't believe these people. And to cap it all off when mentioned we wouldn't be recommending the establishment, we were told its okay we are busy with plenty of other people, "customer service at its best" vote with your feet folks.

Took son to get measured for wedding suit as anything we tried off the peg just wasn't fitting properly. Paid a fortune up front for a 3 piece suit but thought it was worth it as he was very thoroughly measured and told he'd have a fitting for any further alterations which they did a week later then tried to charge extra for even though no mention of this when taking our money . Got the suit home and while the trousers and jacket fit excellent the waistcoat was far too long and was half way down his knees and the shirt sleeves needed turned up 4 times. Phoned to complain and were told that they only alter jackets and trousers even though we weren't told this when paying . Took shirt back for a refund as unusable but were told that they gave us it for free , again not what we were told when paying . Took waistcoat to our own tailor at our own expense and bought shirt from elsewhere. Awful service avoid like the plague.
