Excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and effective. I had a micro SD card which suddenly stopped working. D-Tec successfully recovered all the data, within a couple of days. Reasonable price + excellent service. Highly recommended 👍
First time customer this Christmas. Cannot see myself ever going anywhere else, ever again. Bob not only knows his stuff, but is more than happy to build the PC to your spec. The service received was honestly amazing. The aftercare is also undeniably a welcome safeguard, should it be needed, but for now, the build is getting heavy use, with no issues. Thank you.
I can't praise DTec enough, I've been a customer for several years now and would not go elsewhere. My desktop PC died this week after it had been very slow for some time , but Bob was able to inform that the hard drive had failed so then he had retrieved my data and got the PC fully functioning again, also installing Windows 11 for me by request. The customer service by this company is second to none and it is always ensured that I'm happy with the result and any changes before the job is wound up - I'm not a very techno-confident person so I really appreciate this! And all at a super price - very pleased as always.
