Security guys were good, but a shunter driver was rude when I said that someone else had asked me to follow them to where the bays were. The site is located at the bottom end of the road and it looks like you're going into a dead end but once in, the site is very long and very dark at the bottom end where, the bays were and there were no signs to follow either. I was told that they haven't picked the load and it would be a couple of hours or more which meant sitting in the dark inside my unit for 3 hours in the end without a drivers room, hot drinks or toilets. It wasn't a good experience and I wasn't very happy overall.
Load in and out of the Gist depot here, yard men and shunters always happy to help when it comes to looking for the right trailer for you, the trailer yard is a bit rough but it's better than most I go to! Office staff friendly and helpful.
