We run the Vallum House Hotel in Carlisle and our old website was tired and dated so were looking to update with some fresh and modern ideas. Adam was recommended to us by a previous client so we arranged a meeting and were really impressed with his ideas and knowledge as well as the websites of his previous clients. We were also very pleasantly surprised at the price we were quoted, by far the most competitive around.We found Adam very easy to work with, taking on board what we wanted from the site and giving us valuable feedback on what works best for sites relating to the nature of our business too. He was also great at helping us to word things correctly and guided us through each stage of the process professionally and patiently. We were very surprised at actually how quickly it all came together, Adam was actually waiting for us to supply the information rather than us waiting on him!!! So fast forward to the end result, and we could not be happier with our website. It is now much clearer and easier for our customers to navigate to where they want to look, as well as ranking much better on Google. Any updates eg. Menus, are dealt with efficiently and quickly and if we do need to contact Adam he's only a phone call or email away. We have already noticed a very steep increase in enquiries both food wise and accommodation wise. We would have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Adam to anyone who are looking to revamp or a complete new built, you won't be disappointed!!!
