Lovely staff, really know their customer service from the moment you walk into the store. However, following a 14 day return policy blindly without using any discernment, logic or common sense is a bit silly. Went in to exchange a dress that was still in store (exchange, not try to get a refund!) and they wouldn’t exchange it, I mean I know these cheap boutiques try their best to retain the money they’ve made but like I said I wasn’t asking for a refund, in fact I would have paid slightly more for the items I was now attempting to acquire. So yeah I just think some discernment should be practiced coz really, exchanging an item still in stock is not that deep.
Omg the clothes in here are actually so beautiful! You can find some great prices if you look around properly but some of it is a bit overpriced. The staff is nice and helpful and they do have a lot to choose from.
The only place i will buy jeans from, Unfortunately as not living close to Manchester i can’t just pop in and out. Id love if an online shop could maybe be thought about.. Lovely staff members, All clothing products are up to date with fashion. Highly recommend x
