Customer Reviews
Everyone Active has extremely disappointing customer service. They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you try to call. When you go there in person to ask a simple question, you’re left waiting for a long time while staff remain focused on their computers and seem in no rush to acknowledge you. When they eventually speak to you, the attitude is cold, unhelpful and far from friendly. It genuinely feels as though they’re annoyed to be asked for help, rather than doing their job. Overall, the experience is frustrating and unwelcoming, and definitely not what you’d expect from a customer facing organisation.
Lovely gym and very friendly staff and people. The gym is clean and has everything you need. I signed up for pt sessions with Mark and been with him since March. I was new to the gym and Mark made me feel comfortable and is very supportive. Sessions with Mark are fun and my sessions are good and Mark is encouraging and supportive. I have come a long way in my fitness and strength and Mark made all this possible with the training plan he does for me. I 100% recommend Mark has a pt.
I have been a member for quite a while now, great place, lovely atmosphere, amazing, friendly staff / instructors. Well equipped gym, lots of different classes. Highly recommend
