If you are considering Fix, try a session and notice how you feel after it. I got into Fix through their run club which was a great starting point as it’s a low intensity run with a great group and an optional sauna/ice bath after. Since signing up as a member I have tried a range of classes which all offer something different and are led by knowledgeable and professional coaches. You can feel confident that you will be guided in the cold water and sauna through breathwork practices. All the staff are always friendly and accommodating and are continually ensuring members are having a positive experience. I also enjoy the Fix free flow sessions as a perfect recovery between training days. I highly encourage anyone to find Fix out for themselves.
Lovely relaxing experience. Came with a friend, it was her first time. Second time for me. Welcomed in by Jack, Harry & Scarlett gave us both a tour/recap & were very assertive and great to talk to. Sauna is very spacious and extremely chilled. Cold plunge was lovely. See you soon. Thanks again guys.
