Awful awful service!!! Would not recommend. I went into buy my sister some flowers. Stocks were low, but I found two bunches of flowers I was happy to buy. Crazily the assistant refused to put them together for me (as one big bunch☺️ even though I was agreeing to pay for both bunches £32 worth). I didn’t understand why this wasn’t possible for her to just nicely put them together and take my money. However, I then suggested if she gave me the wrap, I could do it myself. She oddly was happy to show me how to fold the wrapping paper, but would not let me just do it myself and use a piece of her cellotape to complete the job. I explained I wanted to deliver them to my sister in the Christie’s hosp round the corner. This did not change her mind, she refused!! I subsequently said “I’m not buying from this shop with its lack of help and lack of customer service. This should have been a nice pleasant easy purchase with them making £32 out of me. Instead, she was happy to let me leave and couldn’t care about her potential customer! Awful Experince all round😳
Wonderful flower and plant shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the flowers are lovely. I especially love when the flowers have just been delivered.. It looks so pretty and you can select your own individuals stems. Great prices too. Thank you Flourish!
Flourish supplied the most beautiful flowers for our wedding! They made bouquets and buttonholes and then they supplied gorgeous loose flowers that I arranged myself for the table centrepieces at the venue. I’d had some pretty steep quotes for ‘wedding flowers’ and what they provided was so beautiful, at a fraction of the cost. Tom and Ant were so lovely and helpful right from the start and I can’t thank them enough!
