Picked up this bouquet for my bridesmaid to be, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had already wilted and seemed damaged, this isn’t wasn’t what I expected when I ordered ‘vintage’ flowers. I had preordered so the shop had plenty of time to prep for a fresh bouquet but when I received them they were already wilted and the greenery had some tears and holes in them. I was so looking forward to having a bouquet made specially for this special moment however, I am not sure these flowers are going to last much longer for my bridesmaid to receive. Due to being under time constraints and needing to get back to work and the shop closing I was unable to feedback instore and get a refund/a fresh bouquet. Very upsetting.
Stunning flowers as always! This is my second time visiting Flower Style Manchester and once again they don’t disappoint. Ruth and her team always create beautiful arrangements and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend and will always use them for all future special occasions when flowers are must. Thanks Ruth for creating a beautiful arrangement for an early Mother’s Day surprise 💐
Sorry it took so long to leave this review. I ordered two bouquets to be delivered to the Clayton Hotel recently. We were in Manchester for the Andre Rieu concert on a four day break. One was for 'the other half'. The other was a gift, for some friends of ours. Who moved to Manchester a few years ago. Both bouquets were in the room when we got our keys. They were both very good. I got brownie points from 'er in doors and our friends were very pleased with their flowers. Ours lasted for about two weeks. We received another thank you from our friends for theirs, in a recent Easter card. On behalf of everyone, can I thank you and your team, for making our stay in Manchester just that little bit more special. Chris Lukins.
