It's an interesting concept/makeover of your traditional kebab store; it's open with lots of seating, terminals to order your food, automated machines to cook and slice the meats. The selection is pretty decent with options for beef, chicken and halloumi (vegetarian), but strangely missing lamb! I gave the chicken kebab wrap a go and it was okay/good. I can't gatekeep Great British Doner in Manchester. My first EVER kebab! Exceptional value meal deal was vegan kebab, rice, salad, chips and bottomless drink. The staff were friendly and the place was spotless. I loved the texture and flavour, and I'm craving another! Meat eaters might just find that they prefer the soya version!
Amazing! Such lovely food, really big portion sizes and they are very generous with the sauces! I’m vegetarian and the vegan kebab is lovely! The staff are really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our experience a good one! I am from Leicester and this is the third time I have been to gbd we now come every time we come to Manchester! Naan bread is lovely and fresh and the chocolate pancake is to die for! Very well priced and the unlimited pop refills make it even better value! Can’t wait to come back!
