The reception staff, nurses, and doctors have all been very kind and professional, and on occasion, they have gone above and beyond to help us. All the GPs and receptionists here are amazing, I can’t sing there praises enough. I honestly never struggle to get an appointment for myself or my kids on the same day! They never make me feel bad about how often i’m there with them even when i’m feeling embarrassed. I have previously left a negative review over 1 experience a couple of years ago but I completely take it back… unfortunately I can’t delete it. I can’t recommend Tregenna enough as a GP practice. Thankyou so much everyone for all your help
I hear nothing but bad reviews regarding Doctors being so unreliable and not caring about people needing help quickly. But, I needed a renewal doctor’s note urgently and I was very surprised that I received mine after 2 actual minutes after asking for it. Credit where credit is due. Thank you Tregenna.
