I have had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to see the practise nurse only to be told, 1. no appointment had been made even though I showed my appointment card, and 2, that my procedure is not done by the nurse but by the Community Treatment Team. I now have to wait a further 2 weeks due to the foul-up. Good job Peel Hall!!
I went for my appointment. appointment time was 9:00. I waited 30 minutes for my doctor but he didn't show up so I asked the reception and she told me she doesn't know how long the waiting time is going to be. Nobody informed us that the GP was late so we had to return home without seeing my GP. receptionist was Not Helpful.
I am a new registered patient and they have the worst service ever . i cant even make an appointment for my baby.the receptionist always tells me to personally come and they try to make an appointment. This is pathetic. I have not been able to get an appointment for 3 weeks now .. this surgery needs urgent attention where the staff are concerned about the patients not just about their salary! !!!
