Visited the Burnley clinic a couple of weeks ago with sciatica and had a consultation with Dr Akhtar with regards to a caudal epidural injection. Dr Akhtar explained the procedure and off we went. Can't say it was a pleasant experience but Dr Akhtar was lovely and reassuring and followed up with me after about 12 days. I definitely feel the injection has worked and I'm hoping it allows me to get some quality of life back.
Great experience at Burnley. My knee swelling and stiffness has greatly improved. Allowing my to continue running and cycling on a daily basis. Grate service. Just goes to show how we can take pain free movement for granted. Great job.
Dr Akhtar consultation was brilliant. So patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend MSK to everyone who needs a cortisone injection. Worth every penny and if I need further treatment this is definitely where I would go again. Thank you Dr Akhtar!
