The best doctors I've ever been with, everyone is so kind and helpful and it's actually easy to get an appointment which is a miracle these days! One of the lovely nurses even helped me get over my needle phobia when I needed a series of blood tests and injections. It kind of bugs me when I see people marking them down because of the location and parking etc, that's not their fault. People living in the city, where there's no need to drive, deserve convenience too, and for those of us living nearby it really is super convenient. If an injury or disability means you're unable to walk or use the bus/tram, there are other branches which are more accessible for cars and the reception staff are always really accommodating in terms of getting you in at whichever one you want to go.
No parking in front of the entrance. You need to get dropped of in the street. The entrance is on the outside of the building. You can see the roundabout from the doorway.
Staff are warm and welcoming. They give you time and space to explore what might be going on and they never dismiss any worries or concerns. They always follow through with what they say they will do in terms of next steps. They are open and honest and transparent leading to a health patient and Dr relationship
