Very happy with how I was treated by the Doctor explained everything. Got a very quick appointment sometimes I am seen on the same day I call which is very helpful especially if you are not well. I would like to Mention this was my first time with this Doctor Dr Jason Wong. Who was very helpful and explained everything in a nice manner without the usual medical terms which some Doctors use and leaves you more confused coming out than going in. lol
I had one of the most valuable learning experiences as a student on placement at this GP practice. Dr Bokhari, Dr Ahmed and Lana (PA) were extremely welcoming and available whenever I needed guideance/support. Saying this, all staff, whether admin, GPs, nurses, ACPs, PAs etc were extremely friendly and supportive in contributing to my learning. There was plenty opportunities to practice skills (both history taking and practical), develop my knowledge further (including MDT meetings), and experience all aspects of primary care (including community care). Such a well-rounded, valuable experience. Thank you so much!
A local friendly Practice with Gold standard levels of care from all the team. The receptionist staff deserve praise for their efficient customer service Dr Wong in particular comes highly recommended. His laser focus and clinical precision is delivered with genuine warmth and attention to detail. His ability to combine an accurate informed diagnosis with the speed required but never rushed is so refreshing. You always feel heard and leave with a realistic care plan.
