Customer Reviews
What a belter of a meal. Gina D’Acampo’s restaurant absolutely knocked it out the park today, the kind of place that reminds you food isn’t just fuel, it’s theatre, comfort, and joy all rolled into one. First off, Pier deserves a standing ovation. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being showy, and genuinely warm, the sort of waiter who makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Later on, Felix and Antonio stepped in seamlessly and carried that same gold-standard hospitality. Effortless, friendly, and full of that unmistakable Italian charm. The service throughout was flawless. Now… the food. Utterly, outrageously delicious. One of those menus where you want everything and resent the limits of your own stomach. Every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully cooked, and clearly made with real love for Italian food. Choosing was genuinely the hardest part, a very good problem to have. From start to finish, the whole experience felt joyful, indulgent, and beautifully done. We’ll be back, hungry, indecisive, and very happy about it.
Varied menu of italian dishes, hard to choose from. Overpriced. I don t know if it s because of the chef, who appears to be a media personality from British TV. They need correct/train the waiter staff s service, with discussions with the maitre and zero empathy with customers.
Came with a work party, food had been preordered but there was still a really really long wait even though the restaurant wasn’t full. When we (very politely) asked about the wait as we were by now starving with it getting close to 10pm, rather than any apology or perhaps a complimentary bottle of wine we had a rude waiter being very defensive and gas-lighting us that this was a totally normal length of time to wait (no main course had arrived after being there an hour and a half). When food did arrive some was nice but others were deficient- see pic of seafood pasta that just had a load of empty shells on, pizzas had barely any cheese too
