Had a few experiences at this shop getting a phone and laptop fixed. Not professional at all, had to wait a while as they had ordered wrong screens and then broke the back of my phone which delayed things further. When fixed, the back did not match the colour of the original phone and ofc no communication about this. Yes they have competitive prices but that is at the cost of bad customer service.Was also charged £1.20 to print out one peice of paper although I have paid much less before for multiple pages. Seems prices are made up. Not recommended at all.
