I had my first session at GBA Massage Manchester (Deansgate) and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The treatment included massage and dry cupping, spinal manipulation and stretching, and scraping with a massage gun — a very thorough and well-thought-out session. I have arthritis, so I wasn’t expecting all the pain to disappear after just one session, and it hasn’t completely gone yet — but that’s completely understandable. What I have noticed is that my mobility already feels more fluid, and there’s less of that constant dull ache that I usually carry around. My body feels looser and more aligned.
