EXCELLENT! . REAL Sports Therapy - not a soft massage… not for the faint hearted! Sylar is very friendly and professional; most importantly he has a huge amount of knowledge and is able to apply it. 100% recommend to anyone with any sports and fitness goals.
Amazing place stumbled across this this on the internet and booked a session. Sylar is very humble and you can feel this in the studio with the carpet and home feeling it's a big place very open not like those tiny dingy places you can end up in. I've come in with high expectations after seeing the very well produced website and I'm walking out with those same high regards. My body feels very very good, definitely undone some tightness and released pain. Will see how this goes over the next few days. Highly recommend and will to friends and family.
I cannot recommend Hekas enough and the treatment offered is like no other. The treatment is deep into the core and not for the faint hearted but very effective. Sylar is very friendly, professional, passionate and knowledgeable about his trade. He takes the time to listen, diagnosis the issue n prescribe the correct course of treatment. The clinic is a very relaxing and welcoming environment. I came to Sylar with a shoulder injury and felt a huge difference in my mobility after the session. I would definitely recommend Hekas for any sport injuries or mobility issues.
