I recently had a sport massage with Jess Wright, the professionalism from the entire clinic was fantastic. Jess had great knowledge and was fantastic especially when working through the tighter areas of my back. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone after a sports or deep tissue massage. My back has never felt better!
I did the level 3 sports massage course here in august, i really enjoyed the course as it was a quick but thorough course which i like. It involved both theory and practical work. Zoe and Katie who ran the course were really polite and helpful and never judged you on the amount of knowledge you already or didnt have :)
I have had deep tissue massages with Katharina for reoccurring back pains and I have to genuinely say it’s the best treatment I’ve received in the many years I’ve suffered with back problems. Katharina targeted the pain points and worked out knots that had troubled me for so long despite numerous massages and chiropractic appointments. Would definitely recommend !
