The service was good, we got there early and was able to check in earlier than we should have. The location was great walking distance or and easy Uber ride into town. The room itself could have been a bit more looked after, as the accessible room that we had, the door didn't close completely. And the wet room would flood if stayed there for too long, it doesn't seem to drain quick enough. The flusher handle is to low, difficult to reach for wheelchair users. There was however plenty of room, and the bed was comfortable.
We spent 2 nights here for new years celebrations and were very happy with our choice. The outside of the hotel had scaffolding all around but inside all the communal areas were very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good, I had sea bass and it was delicious. We had breakfast and the choice was very good and again all staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. 10 mins walk to Deansgate and 15 to the Arndale centre.
Location was perfect for where we wanted to be at the opera house. Only 4 mins walk. Disabled access room was really spacious. And met to all my needs. Extremely good value for money. Extremely clean hotel and rooms. There was no noise what so ever in our room. Close to Amenities.very good breakfast. Not over priced alcohol .
