Stayed here last night. Straight forward service with ideal location. Only issue is the cleanliness of the room. Shower head on top was very dusty. There were food crumbs either side of the main bed and the electric socket wooden panel was coming away from the wall. Cannot comment on staff as there was no interaction and it was all done through screens and automated bookings
Location was the only downside it seemed to be in quite an isolated part of the city and I was a little anxious about travelling alone. The hotel inside was very warm and relaxing. I throughly enjoyed my stay. My room was in a great location by the lift I had an amazing view and the room was cute and cosy I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Gutted I only had 1 night to stay I will definitely be back soon
Great location with easy access to shops restaurants and the arena. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were a good size, clean, quiet and the decor was up to date. We stayed in 210. Would not hesitate to book again as great value for money.
