Friendly and welcoming staff The information provided is clear and easy to understand. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming, polite, and smiley ☺️. Free tea and coffee provided (50p) if you want hot chocolate latte, etc... Having cataract surgery is a little nerve-racking, but the staff here explained the procedure to me, clearly and plainly. The booklet is also full of info to take home is full of info to take home and read. You are in good hands here ar Spa medica 😊
My wife at to go to this place for her cataracts appointment and operation it's a new modern building underneath apartments. The location is a bit out of the way and can be hard to find . That said, it's clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly and professional. It as two waiting rooms both with coffee machines . Coffee costs 50p, and you can help yourself to single packs of biscuits that are free . Not much nearby, anless you go for a bit of a walk . My wife, unfortunately, passed out, so was unable to go ahead with her operation. but from her husband, I'd like to say a BIG thank you to all the staff who looked after my wife in her hr of need with their swift action in calling her an ambulance. and keeping her calm and till the ambulance arrived . She's as made a good recovery. Thanks again, everyone from Amanda & her husband
Both eyes done for my mother. Cannot fault the speed, care and professionalism from ALL staff. A matter of 2 days before the first appointment was made and operation within the week. Second appointment and operation was all within 5 days, half hour delay at appointment, because it was very busy. Thoroughly looked after. Thank you NHS SpaMedica.
