I came here for a solo working lunch. I love that this exists now because it’s the perfect ambience for some quiet working. Had the fish and chips (only done on fridays) and it was lovely. Nice, crispy batter, fresh fish, delicious mushy peas. Also had their iced americano. The coffee is lovely. Food came out in less than 10 minutes I think, and the service was also excellent. Since it’s usually not super busy, it’s also a perfect place to grab coffee and work if you need to take a break from the busy cafés on the Green. I’m very happy. Will definitely return more frequently.
Stopped in for lunch while visiting the city and was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick but never rushed. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and everything tasted so fresh — crisp greens, juicy chicken, and a light lemon dressing that tied it all together. The iced coffee was also excellent. Great value for money and a perfect place for a midday meal.
Visited for a breakfast meeting and had a great breakfast here.
