About
A large shopping precinct in Salford, this centre houses a mix of shops catering to daily needs, including clothing outlets, opticians, and bookmakers. It features several charity shops, a pound store, and places to grab a quick snack like Heron Foods and Home Bargains. Convenient parking and easy access to public transport, with nearby bus stops, make it a practical destination. The precinct also includes essential services such as banks and a post office, adding to its utility for locals. While the focus is on practical shopping, the centre remains a central spot for everyday essentials in the community.
Customer Reviews
This is quite a busy vibrant shopping centre consisting of many many shops located throughout the shopping centre and adjacent spaces. There are many places to eat, clothes shops, opticians arcades and bookmakers, cash converters Aldi KFC subway etc etc. plenty of parking and a huge bus network enabling you to get buses to a huge number of areas from right outside the centre
Salford Shopping Centre has potential, but unfortunately it feels quite run-down at the moment. Some areas look neglected, and cleanliness and safety can be concerns, especially during quieter hours. The variety of shops is limited, and the atmosphere isn’t particularly inviting. It’s still useful for quick errands or grabbing essentials, but it doesn’t offer much beyond that. A proper refurbishment and better maintenance could really make a difference.
Really could do with improving too many out of date/ not following the times shops. Some shops smell like damp. Considering it's the heart of Salford put some actual time and effort into improving it
