I had a disappointing experience with this company. During my call with the head product team, I felt there was a lack of understanding of the industry and the product’s direction. Responses were slow, the conversation often went off-topic, and overall it didn’t inspire confidence in their knowledge or leadership. I expected more professionalism and clearer insight from a company in this space.

Autocab has been a huge letdown this year. First off, the app support is basically non-existent. I’ve had repeated issues with payments and getting any sort of resolution is painful — support either ignores you or sends you round in circles. To make things worse, the Google login has been broken for months and they still haven’t fixed it or even bothered to update users. Completely unacceptable for a company this size. The marketing is just as bad. They keep banging on about their "innovation" page, but there’s been zero innovation. Same recycled posts on LinkedIn every week with nothing new to actually offer. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Meanwhile, iCabbi and Cab9 are pushing out real features, while Autocab is just sitting still. At this point, I honestly don’t know what they’re doing. It feels like the company’s gone completely stagnant — maybe even backwards. Haven't had an iphone driver update in over a year, is it sinking? Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can switch to someone who’s actually trying
