First time visit since the old Jamie Oliver. Front of house staff very warm and welcoming to set the vibe right. Dark and intimate aesthetic; perfect for a date night. Considered the tasting menus but ordered tapas style and no complaints at all. Everyone told me the egg fried rice was special; what an understatement! I’ve been thinking about it everyday since I’ve been. The scallops were amazing too! Bold fusion flavours, clean and fresh produce! Many thanks to Kimaru, she was very attentive and sweet. Biggest thanks to Ralph and his staff in the kitchen. Super plates of food all around.
What an amazing experience at lucky cat, fresh vibrant sushi. The staff were so accommodating for recommendations everything was amazing. I highly recommend the GFC chicken, a year later I’m still thinking about it, it was godly. Bar tender was very kind accommodating towards an allergy and made an alternate cocktail for me too. We didn’t have room for dessert but please take the chance to try this out of your a sushi lover!
We had an absolutely amazing time at Lucky Cat Manchester by Gordon Ramsay. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and the food was nothing short of outstanding. We ordered the egg fried rice, grilled miso salmon, spicy tuna, wok-fried tenderstem broccoli, soft shell crab salad, bao buns, mochi, and chocolate dessert—every single dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The spicy tuna and the bao buns were definite highlights for us—truly incredible and unforgettable. What really made the evening special, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout the night. A huge thank you to Luci, Abi, and Jake in particular—you were all amazing and made our visit even more memorable. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Lucky Cat for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience! 🌟
