The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and there's a great selection of toys. Unfortunately, because the store tends to get busy, especially with kids around, some of the displays can get a bit wrecked. A few times, I've found fidget toys either broken or missing from their packaging. It’s definitely not the staff’s fault, though, they’re doing their best to keep things organized!
I visited the store on a busy Saturday. While the space was limited and navigating through the crowd required some patience, I was impressed by the wide selection of children's and board games available. The staff members were exceptionally courteous, and it was a nice touch to see two of them demonstrating a game in the store. Overall, despite the crowded conditions, the positive experience with the staff and the variety of games made it a worthwhile visit.
