Not bad tram stop, very clean Toilets, good modern lifts, and good routes from the airport via Tram or national rail. Just keep your phone in good grip or in the pocket, as there are phone snatchers here.
Once again a shambles of an organisation. I have honestly been to better run railway stations in the third world. An absolute joke. You can’t book ahead because they cancel trains so frequently. I tried to buy a ticket from the office. One person working there a queue so long I’d miss my train. This is an international airport with a seaside station facilities. I’m constantly let down here.
The moving walkways that join the station to the airport are all broken. It's been getting worse over the years, at one point some worked. Now all are broken. The Escalator up from the station is broken. Huge queues at the one lift. It was the same back in June.
