The most beautifully zen studio I’ve had the pleasure doing yoga in. I’ve only attended two classes so far, each with different teachers and both were just as wonderful and grounding as each other. I’ve bounced around a few studios across Manchester, and there’s something about Yoga Central and their teachers that feels super welcoming and homely. Until Yoga Central I hadn’t found a place where teachers personally welcome and address you on your first (and each) visit and students are outwardly helpful to one another such as grabbing bolsters for you, helping you roll up your yoga mat and pausing to smile and chat briefly at the end. The place just gives a sense of community that I feel humbled to be invited in to. Thank you for having me, I can’t wait to be in your space again.
I’ve been to the yoga classes here a few times and each time it’s been well worth the money and I’ve come away feeling so relaxed. I instantly felt welcome every time I enter and definitely get my money’s worth! Definitely recommend going here! Wish they did more classes through the week though
I love Yoga Central and I loved the conscious clubbing night 28th oct. I'm so happy I was able to go to this magical event. Which I wouldn't of been able to do so if I wouldn't of met the lovely nat who helped me start on this beautiful yoga journey Love yoga central. It's such a magical, spiritual, beautiful space and so 🙏 to have found it. Everybody is so lovely and warm and welcoming. I feel blessed to have found this place.
