I was nervous starting classes as I had no real yoga experience, but Sophia put me at ease straight away. Her pregnancy yoga sessions are suitable for any level and she's great at adaptations for experience/pregnancy stage. I LOVE that the class is followed by tea and snacks (she even got gluten free biscuits for me 🥰) and I've made great friends with some of the others who attend. Could recommend more, thank you Sophia!
Great yoga instructor, the classes are inclusive, varied and suits your flow & ability on the mat & for your day! Attended classes in a lot of different ‘life’ capacities; from a high level of fitness, up to 39 weeks pregnant and following on postpartum. Sophia & the class & yoga move adaptations are guided, manageable, safe and trusted. Highly recommended and knowledgeable yogi 🧘♀️
Love Sophia’s weekly pregnancy yoga class - the class is always different every week and really helps with aches and relaxation. Also a nice bonus to sit and have a tea and pain au chocolate with the group afterwards :). Really recommend the class and Sophia always makes everyone feel very relaxed and welcome.
