I have been seeing Jamie for over 2 months on a 1-2-1 basis and I’m not exaggerating when I say that he has changed my life! A medical specialist recommended that I start yoga lessons to help with strength, flexibility and pain management. Emphasis was placed on the importance of finding the right instructor, and I absolutely did. Jamie is passionate about what he does. He’s a lovely, kind man who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is also patient and clearly very dedicated to his clients. Every session that I have with Jamie leaves me on cloud nine and I can honestly say that I feel better now than I have in years. I’m so grateful for Jamie and everything that he has done for me and I will continue our sessions as I grow stronger by the week.
I started attending Jamie's online yoga in 2020, and find it so good I have kept going since. I was starting to loose flexibility but now I notice my range of movement is staying good, and if I have a niggle in my back, hip or elsewhere it can be smoothed out and turned around in his classes. Jamie's delivery is warm, friendly, kind and inclusive, he instructs with humility and in a light hearted manor. He is confident and knowledgeable, his classes are a such a joy to attend, I feel so much better for it. If you are in Manchester, you can go to in-person classes, but if not then there are zoom sessions, which are just great and so convenient (this is what I do as I don't live in Manchester) - you just turn up in your living room! You can also get 1 to 1 sessions in person or via zoom which I've done on occasion which is really great. I wholehearted recommend Jamie and his classes.
Jamie's classes are wonderful. A combination of relaxation, challenge, breathing and alignment. They have changed my posture, reduced my aches & pains and I look forward to each session. Marvellous!
