We don’t walk fast but approx 5-10 mins from our hotel - the Radisson Edwardian - the tram stop. We decided to go to the Trafford Centre- easy - St Peter’s square to colnbrook - get off tram - wait for a couple of minutes and next tram arrives to take you to Trafford shopping centre. We found it easiest to tap in (pay) when we got to St Peter’s street and tap out at Trafford shopping centre rather than getting tickets. There were people on the tram platform pointing you in the right direction. Very helpful. Clean, tidy, easy to use and lots of them

My wife and I have just had a short break in Manchester and our hotel was close to St. Peter's Square. This tram stop and in fact, the whole tram network is brilliant and very handy .. a credit to the City of Manchester
