I ordered a veggie sizzler and received something that's not even on their menu. Might be a new Christmas festive item or something as someone decided to experiment, but next time you send out food to your customers take a look to see if its even edible or not. It was my first order and I am very disappointed at the low level of customer service and neglect. I hope the person who made it is held accountable for their irresponsible actions. You should really consider changing the name from veggie sizzler to chilli flakes sizzler might be a more suitable description.
Called in on Saturday afternoon and was served by a young lady called Zara. We ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni and a margarita, which were brought to our table quickly, even though the restaurant seemed quite busy. Zara told us that the salad was included within the price we had to pay. We also had a beer and a non-alcoholic beer. We found the service we received from Zara was second to none and will return next time we visit the Arndale centre. We told Zara we thought she was a compliment to the restaurant and would like to tell her manager, to which she informed us that she was the manager. So nice to see the young lady doing the basics as well as having to run the place..
Been coming to Pizza Hut for several years now. Both Bryn the manager and Mike have served both my dad and I a lot. Always very welcoming and always happy to see us. Highly reccomend to all. Great value. Exceptional service. Buffet is excellent. Heres to many more years to Come.
