Hi! I just wanted to leave a review for Uniqlo, we visited the store on Saturday 17th January 2026 , 15 minutes before closing. I was looking for a particular coat in the sale that my sister had already bought and there were only size M available. There was 1 large in store according to Domi the lovely sales assistant on floor. Not only did she go out of her way to track down this one coat 5 minutes before closing she helped at the checkout and made sure we had an excellent customer service experience. I am so happy with my coat it was £149 reduced to £59. It's so lovely and warm and it's a very good quality. I just want to shout out Domi one more time and thank you to the friendly staff at the store. Wonderful experience!

Uniqlo itself is ok as usual. Yet this store is a very inefficient one. Many issues with the staff. First it took them forever to handle a fire alarm thing. They were clearly underprepared. It tool ALDI to take back customers less than 25 mins. Yet UNIQLO made customers wait for an extra 20-25 mins!! Also no apologies… again this is a Manchester Uniqlo specific review…

Overall my review for this place is mixed, I went in hearing good things about the clothing. I came out liking what I bought, but not eager to go back. First of all it is incredibly warm in that store! Not to mention how close some of the clothing racks are. It was incredibly hard to see which sections were for men and which were for women, it was mixed up across all of the floors. It was incredibly confusing walking around and trying to find something too. A lot of the mannequins displaying clothing items were just places in a random section that had nothing to do with the clothes around it, I couldn't find a lot of the stuff on the models. I found a dress for a decent price though, that's my positive view about this place. I asked an employee there if I could keep the coat hanger (a valid question in my opinion since every other clothing store I've ever been to lets you keep the hangers), and I was greeted with a rude employee who snatched the hanger out of my hand, didn't answer my question properly, only with "not for sale", she could barely speak a word of English! I don't know what was up with her but she was perfectly fine and happy with another employee speaking another language. Not sure if her rudeness was to do with how young I look or the fact I spoke English to her. I won't be coming here again and I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere.
