A great hotel just outside of the main centre. Close to China Town & Gay Village, it's approx a 15 min walk into the centre of Manchester with plenty of coffee shops on your way. Tesco express around the corner, coffee shop, bars & restaurants also close by. The restaurant in the hotel is decent, pizza was delicious & the lady who served me (gutted I didn't get her name) was absolutely lovely! I was alone & felt safe the entire time, you have to scan your key to activate the lift & get onto your floor which makes it feel incredibly safe & secure. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Aircon & heating in the room was good, there was a full length mirror & a vanity mirror with a hairdryer in my room which was perfect. Considering how close you are to the ring road,it's incredibly quiet. I also didn't hear anything from my neighbours either side or upstairs. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Would recommend & come again :)

This hotel is perfect if arriving at Oxford Rd Station. It's slightly out with the city centre but it's only a 10 min walk up to the main area. We must have picked a quiet date as it was empty at breakfast and at 5pm. The food was lovely from a new modern menu and very reasonably priced. Everything at breakfast was cooked perfectly by a very friendly chef inc poached eggs on request. Room was so comfortable and we had a great rest.

The staff on reception were very welcoming asking about our visit, had banter about the football. ||||The reception area, bar area all areas of the hotel and room were on point with cleanliness, the only thing the room didnt have was a mini fridge, but no other complaints. The wifi was great service aswell and you could even upgrade to unlimited wifi for an extra £5 which is reasonable.||||Stayed for 2 nights, on the 2nd night went for a meal and few drinks. The lady Julia was very kind and recommend drinks and desserts and explained the bill fully which was very good. ||||I also had a great view from my room which is important.||||When i revisit manchester i will come back to this hotel.
