Customer Reviews
I get that they’re part of a larger company and potentially don’t have control of their own prices. but we paid £25 for what we thought was a burger chips, and drink for 2. This is already a kind of insane prices given if you spend that range of money at a different similar takeaway you usually get a fair bit of food. But to make it worse the portion sizes are CRIMINAL. the chips i actually had enough to count… we got 12 fries each for 13 quid per person… and the TINIEST burger ever. it is genuinely like a meatball squashed in between 2 mini burger buns with an even smaller piece of cheese. all the other reviews here saying similar stuff are pretty spot on. the food tastes fairly good it’s just a shame you can finish the full thing with 2 bites.
Watched Tiktok at 2am and I ordered thru uber, and it’s so disappointing. Dried and slim patty, cold bun with 3 pickles and some sauce inside. Not even similar with what has been promoted in socials like TikTok. I’m soo sad and disappointed
Hate places like this on Uber Eats.... Scummy tactics. Shows "Buy one get 1 free" which isn't actually bogof, it's actually buy one get the second £1 off. They just mark up the price. Then there's the fact that it shows a "meal" for saying £15 right, which you'd expect the drink to be included in that price... NOPE. Extra £2 on top just to add a drink to an already extortionate price. These places are getting too greedy with their prices, thinking they're Michelin star quality when they're not. Takeaways used to be cheap, used to be able to get a full cheeseburger meal for around £4-£5. Now? £10+ for the exact same meal. Eventually these takeaways will fall off due to greed. And don't give me the "inflation" excuse... There are takeaways serving FARRRR better quality food with bigger portions and offers for way cheaper.
