What an awesome shop. If you want Japanese jeans and clothing then this is the place to buy. The staff and range were awesome. Greg was so knowledgeable and helpful, I spent far too long in the store but it was awesome. This is my go to place for my future wardrobe. Really friendly and great online access and support to really seal the deal.
A wonderful heritage store with a superbly curated array of high quality brands. You would be hard pressed to find such a diverse spread of high quality clothing done the old (right) way in the North. Period. I really appreciate the staff setting aside a few pairs of Sugarcane 1966 for me to try after having a knowledgeable discussion over email regarding cut and fit when we compared them to my Sugarcane 1947. A further note - when the staff know what indigo discharge printing is and have a Union Special 43200G, you're in esoteric excellence. A very dangerous place for me; this shop could empty my account quite easily! The prices aren't cheap but that's the cost of the irresistible quality of timeless garments built to last.
Amazing experience with Jamie in-store yesterday. He really helped me in navigating the tricky world of selvedge jeans. He assisted with trying on various styles and brands, and also gave great advice. In the end we found the perfect pair for me. Nothing was too much to ask of him. Great guy, and a very cosy shop! Would highly recommend.
