First time shopping here.And the staff that attended to me were very pleasant and welcoming. With the nice gesture of opening the door from the security guard also. Thanks for this experience. Oooh and the products purchased were amazing. 😇

So many better shops in Manchester why would anyone shop here. Return cost 6.99. Delivery charge 6.99. So many items are oversized and the description of the items are worse. Read the terms and conditions if you are thinking of buying anything . Vouchers , unless the item fits and is in excellent condition the voucher will always be refunded no matter how much you spend so you will always be losing 6.98 delivery and 6.99 to return. Save yrself a nightmare and go elsewhere. Be warned.

The worst experience I had. I bought a pari of gloves in their website and they sent me a completely different colour. When I asked for an exchange to get the colour I paid for, they told me I should pay a £6,99 fee to send the item back and that they would not refund the £9,99 I paid for delivery. They mislead the customer selling false information and treating the customer with disrespect. Making the customer pay for their mistakes
