About

A multi-level store stocking men’s, women’s and unisex fashion alongside homeware, books and vinyl. The selection includes Urban Outfitters’ own brand as well as labels like Carhartt and Levi’s. The ground floor is easily accessible, with fitting rooms located downstairs. From time to time, there are discounts and sale items. The space spans three floors, with tills on multiple levels to manage queues. Some staff members, like Leonie, have been mentioned for helpful service in locating products. The mix of clothing, accessories and lifestyle goods draws a steady crowd.

Always have great clothes here. However the queues and bill problems are a bit frustrating. It looks like they're solebd their internet problems however the quesrbalways takes ages to go down. It feels understaffed with the amount of people in therez however they are always kind and happy to help.

I come into this store frequently and have always either had a great experience or an average one. Yet, this time I decided to go to the tills on the middle floor as the ground was too busy. The blonde girl (who seemingly has been mentioned in other reviews) ultimately lacked customer service. After every transaction, she’d take a break and speak to her co-worker or turn her back to the till before finally serving the individual waiting. Throughout our interaction, she didn’t really engage or even look at me, which is fine if you’re not a talkative person. The only time she did look at me was when I asked a question and she stared at me blankly for a moment before abruptly saying “what?” and shaking her head. I also had an issue with an item, which she couldn’t really be bothered to resolve, so I ended up inconveniencing myself out of my own politeness and care for the waiting time of others.

Blonde lady is probably the moodiest person I have met in retail. Like we get it - you hate your job - but at least don’t let it out on customers? There was literally one person in front of me at the till being served by a man and this woman is just standing around, making eye contact with me but still continues to do absolutely nothing and then starts talking to her colleague. After about 5 min of her doing nothing she finally calls me over and spends another 3 min bagging my 1 item. I’m not even exaggerating! Upon reading the reviews for this shop this seems to be a common occurrence with this staff member!
