The service here was amazing! We got a seat easily and our waitress was very attentive. There's a brilliant range of cocktails and a massive range of wiskey! Cocktails were delicious and didn't take long to come out. There was a lovely chilled atmosphere which made for a relaxing time.
Very lovely cocktail bar that fits well into the Manchester area. It has a different menu and feel to other cocktail bars around. They all do their own thing really well and Blinker fits in excellently. They have a martini menu of varying types, an Old Fashioned menu of varying types, the classics, then a changing seasonal/monthly menu of something new (as well as nice beer/wine/spirits etc.). The space is great, the staff were very welcoming, it was all really great and we'll look forward to going back. They also do lovely toasties if you're peckish. Go visit. It's great.
A favorite among bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts alike. We had fantastic drinks with fantastic people. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay for another round. Thanks for such a great time!
