Security were walking around like big angry bears, horrible! I was asked to move and sit next to a bloke I didn’t know, whilst being 70 miles away from home! Fuming!

My friend and I had a terrible experience today, as we stepped into the place, the security guard approached us in a very rude, unwelcoming manner saying 'you can't stay here as it's not a public place and you have to buy drinks to sit'!!! I was intrigued by the offencive attitude at the moment we laid our feet into the place. I asked to speak to the owner or to a manager, he said we work for the city Council, you can complain to them!!! Finally, as a manger showed up, he started defending his colleague attitude!!! So to whoever who hired staff in that place, do they even have any idea about hospitality or on how to run a business in such an important area at the heart of Manchester?!!
